Red Roses

Hi my loves!

As the Fall season progresses in New York, the weather is all but confusing. One day it's freezing enough to be snuggled in the largest of  scarves, the next it's a t-shirt and jeans kind of day. This past weekend, it was warm enough to show off one of my most favorite dresses of the season. YES, a dress in the middle of October on the East Coast! Quite odd indeed.

Tahari ASL created a STUNNER, that I could not resist! This piece is a comfy body hugger that exudes comfort, class, and elegance. Name a better combination than that!

LOOK AT ALL OF THE DETAILS!

This gold ring, is the only piece of jewelry I decided to pair with this look. I could have tried a dainty necklace, other rings, bracelets, or even earrings, but I chose to go with one piece that holds tremendous sentimental value.

My father gifted this ring to my mother, back when they were a couple of years into their marriage. She was actually the one who suggested I wear it for this shoot, and I was genuinely touched that she thought of this, and trusted me to wear it. Thank you momma!

What I love the most about this pretty little number, are the details. The floral design, plus this gorgeous red color, is the perfect combination for date night, or a special occasion. Or perhaps even both. Yes, both is good.

I am normally not a huge fan of floral prints, but the SECOND I saw this dress, I fell in love. I love that the roses, stems, and leaves, are all kept in red hues, versus having other colors mixed in. I feel it keeps the design chic and interesting.

To finish off the look, I went for my classic velvet black heels. These in particular are a little high, so they help elongate my legs, and can be worn when I feel like day time boss lady, or an evening belle.

Thank you so much for making it this far into this post. I hope you enjoyed it! Be on the look out for the next post. It'll come very soon!
